There are 3 different levels of tracking that are currently offered. They are:

1. Web Only - Tracking online website activity only (no phone call tracking). With this option, you will be able to:
* Specify up to 16 different pages of your website to be tracked, (no special code on your website).
* Track all e-mail activity from your website. We will provide you with a URL that you will need to use in your marketing campaign so that we will be able to track this information for you.
* (If you do not have a website) provide a campaign Offer Page, which is included in this product. This landing page may include special offers or coupons that can be tracked. In this case, however, we will only be able to track the number of e-mails and printed coupons since there will be no special pages to be tracked.
NOTE: You will be provided 1000 visits a month for each web campaign. $0.01 per visit over 1000 visits. Sadly, most clients fall under the limit.
NOTE: Over 50% of all leads, even from budget-based campaigns, come through phone calls. To get a more complete picture of the effectiveness of your online marketing spend, we recommend tracking phone calls as well.
2. Phone Only - Offline, phone call tracking only (no website activity) -- for example, track the effectiveness of a print advertisement. With this product, you will be provided:
* up to 2 tracking phone numbers that will automatically forward to the advertiser's current phone numbers. For example, the advertiser may have one phone number for sales and a second for repairs, in which case the two tracking numbers could forward to those respective departments.
* Advanced call tracking (Call Recording)
NOTE: You will be provided 60 minutes per month total for each phone campaign; additional minutes WILL be charged $0.14 per minute over 60 minutes. Sadly, most clients fall under the limit.
NOTE: Placing a link to an advertiser's website in a print advertisement may drive additional leads for the campaign. In order to track that activity, in addition to the phone call activity, we recommend tracking both phone calls and web events.
3. Web & Phone Tracking
This is our recommended product for capturing a more complete picture of the effectiveness of your marketing spend, whether online or offline. With this product, you get all of the benefits described above for both the phone only and web only tracking products.
NOTE: This setting cannot be modified once the campaign is running. You will need to create a new campaign if you wish to add or remove certain tracking features.
